The body’s well-being starts in the gut, and to act there the active ingredient must arrive intact, in the right place, at the right time. Sodium butyrate has long been the ingredient of choice for intestinal trophism, but its effectiveness depends closely on its release kinetics: without adequate protection technology, it would dissociate before reaching the colon and rectum, reducing its effectiveness. Butyrose® LSC® Microcaps solves exactly this problem. Thanks to barrier-effect microencapsulation - protected by European patent no. 2352386 - the active ingredient passes the gastric tract and is released in a controlled way along the entire intestinal lumen. The result is a tangible action: reduction of inflammatory cascades, selective development of the symbiotic flora, strengthening of the epithelial barrier and a powerful direct eutrophic effect on colonocytes.

A strategic scientific project - due to launch at Easter 2027 - that includes baked goods such as bread, breadsticks, bars, biscuits, pastries, cakes and snacks, formulated to meet the needs of people on restrictive diets (gluten-free, low-carb, low-fat and lactose-free) or living with chronic inflammatory bowel conditions such as IBD and IBS. Not simply foods, but nutritional carriers designed to combine taste and effectiveness. At the heart of every formulation are our technological actives - including patented sodium butyrate, branched-chain amino acids, vitamins and Omega-3 - incorporated into the food matrix to support intestinal and systemic homeostasis.
